Raw Irish Summer Honey

Our Summer Wildflowers honey is collected by our own bees in Tipperary apiaries in July and August. Our summer honey harvest has strong, sweet, floral notes, with a slightly smoky undertone. It is light, runny and unprocessed, and retains its natural enzymes, antioxidants and vitamins, with antibacterial and antifungal properties. A spoon of raw Irish honey will soothe your throat and boost your immune system, reduce inflammation and promote skin regeneration. This honey is 100% raw. This means that we don't treat it with heat, so it retains all of its natural goodness. Please note that raw honey crystallises over time.
